First Aid: In Person Course

LINK 2 LIFE Emergency Training, Inc. provides basic First Aid for the lay person. This class is taught to the standards of the EMSA and meets OSHA requirements. If you are Child Care Provider in the State of California, you will need to take the First Aid Course in person the by compliant with the State rules and regulations. It includes didactic as well as skills training. Upon completion the participant will be able to identify life-threatening injuries, have the ability to assess victims and treat them based on their injuries. In addition, the student will have a basic understanding of bandaging and splinting. This will provide the student with the necessary skills to save a life.
 Special Note:
In the event you misplace/loose your card, there will be a $10.00 replacement fee

If you are Child Care Provider in the State of California, you will need to take the First Aid Course in person the by compliant with the State rules and regulations. Child care Providers are defined by any one working with First Grade or younger. The following is an excerpt from the Child Care Law.

§ 100000.5.  Child Care Provider.

 “Child care provider”  means a person who provides care to children in a child care facility that is licensed pursuant to Chapter 3.5 (commencing with Section 1596.90) or Chapter 3.6 (commencing with Section 1597.30) of the Health and Safety Code.
